The Importance of Moderation in Startups
There was originally a book called moral mazes, which I read, which introduced me to the concept. So in these, in these immoral mazes, right, they're kind of like moral oases, right? If we can use that term with this kind of like negative selection effect, they're actually just implicitly positive selection effects. You don't want people who would be fully fitting in to be employee number one or a co-founder of your startup that will go very badly. This is always going to be the starting point for anyone who wants to find a way out of the immoral maze.
