Scaling Up Too Rapidly Is a Major Failure Mode

Once you have a couple sales reps who are successfully repeatedly selling your solution, that's kind of the point at which the, if you're not adding more salespeople. So I think there's kind of two major failure modes there. One is continuing to sell yourself; the other one would be scaling up too rapidly. And so normally in an early stage organization, what you're looking for is somebody who has recently been directly managing reps or managers.
