Sometimes it looks like a good long cry. Sometimes it looks like stepping outside and yelli, sometimes i it's talking to a therapist or having a deep dialogue with a with a pastor a councellor a coach. Ah, there is no one way to heal. But i think of it as a collective experience of stuff. And so the experience of healing from this stuff that you haven't spoken about, you know, i don't think it's comfortable.
