Take pleasure in complimenting yourself. Take pleasure in acknowledging your own achievements. Have a supportive network of people who you can be your full, true self-with. Set a challenge and keep going until you achieve it. Be assertive once a day for however long of a duration you want. And then when you feel really good about it, move on to the next one.
