Todd Henry: I really enjoyed kind of the conversation that we had today about a lot of things. My number one big takeaway from this podcast is to align task with motivation, aligning task and motivation for your teams. If you're going to start planning for 22, do that in December, don't wait until January to do your planning. And if you want to be able to have a better year, you know you need to have better and more quality leads coming into your book business. It's hard to believe that this year is already going by. Has it been the year that you wanted? If it hasn't, you're probably starting to look at 2022.
