The Importance of Understanding Physiology
Research shows that if you mix your sugar types, such as like fructose and glucose or whatever have you, they have different limiting factors or barriers that kind of slow them down. That's why chocolate milk is such a good quote unquote recovery aid because it has both sucrose and fructose in it as well as like fat and protein and macros. But that allows this replenishment to happen much more rapidly.
