How to Reduce Vowels in Russian

In Russian you have this important distinction between palatal and non-palatal consonants. I assume that this affects what the reduced vowel is. You have to figure out how exactly you reduce things. Usually things sort of centralize either they go to schwa or they go to something a little bit more central.
