Do You Know How to Do a High Intensity Training?
People misunderstand this idea that, you know, when you're doing these long rides, that just means you're just lazy. An hour and a half at 330 wats is not something most people can do,. And you packaged it with other hours of training, so your total training load for that session was huge. That's what i saw, i heard in a couple of years, about the top tour riters. The best predictor of pro cyclists' l t one power would be to work on their lactate profile as they get older.
