Are You Taking Vacations?
In a lot of companies, because they'll give the unlimited vacation, which really means you get no vacation, nova work twice as hard. Soi i'm kind of on the fence where, like, how can you afford not to do things for your people? It doesn't make sense. Like we don't do it strictly for business reasons, but even if you were a total assole and you just wanted to optimize your business, you should probablyre vest in the people that work for you and provide opportunity for them in some way.
