"When I was like activated and like so activated and like watching myself beg this person, not a proud moment of mine," she said. "It taught me so much. It like I grew so much from that experience." She says there are three stages to rewiring your brain: the first is when you can't see what's wrong with it; second is when you're able to fix it but also have other options. The third stage involves learning how to get back on track by working through all those steps together.
