I Don't Know That Golf Is a Sport That Builds Social Acceptance
I think there's two different conversations here that are tied together. One is chefs that don't want to eat at their own restaurants. Two, as chefs get older, it's a little bit mixture of cynicism and jadedness. I could see myself getting to a point where not necessarily eating chicken breast and stuff like that. But food almost sometimes becomes just energy all over.
