Hem and I got this idea for a startup that would end up being called impulsory. At its peak in 2013, we were doing about 3.2 million monthly active users. But it was just a painful business to monetize. So unfortunately, after a couple of years of running that, it ended up shutting down. And I spent this period of time kind of trying to figure out what I wanted to do next.
