I think you can be profitable from day one depending on the business. When I first left my job to do tech, we were doing 20 pound a day on ads. That was a few years ago. But as soon as we'd done that, because we weren't getting the learnings of aggressive skills, we then went from making enough to be profitable to no sales and like 10 days and I shit myself. You have to spend when you start.
