NIR: I love that idea of time boxing 15 minutes or so every week for self-reflection. Some friends and I do a monthly email recap to each other. We look at our calendar and we say, how much family time did we have? NIR: Having an outcome driven goal really doesn't work for me. What can you actually affect in your life? So I've changed my monthly goals from these outcome driven goals to process driven goals.
