How Mindfulness Works With Physical Pain
Dr. Theta: Mindfulness is a way of focusing on the present rather than thinking about it. He says mindfulness has been around for 2,500 years and can be used to help people deal with physical pain as well as mental problems like depression. Dr. Theta believes that we're just doing this because we're emotionally shooting ourselves in the dark.
