The Importance of Pacing and Nutrition in Running

For me, running well is all about consistency and not getting injured. If you can do that on the long run, you're probably going to be a faster runner. So I would look at the purpose of it. But again, I agree with you, but I probably wouldn't be doing that every week in a time with them. It's more like two or three times. Like a marathon. You're building up to it. Maybe you do it twice,. The same way that I see those longer break runs just doing two or three other.
