Don't Negate the Interviewer

Don't explain anything. Don't negate the person in any way. What dies it? Wat does it mean to to not explain things? So this often comes up when you're interviewing some n and let's say you're doing a screen to your interview with them. And if you start talking about what you intended, or what you think how it should work, then you're turning the interview on yourself. You can't do it because youre the whole point is to understand how they experience it.
