The human brain doesn't know the difference between something you vividly imagine and something that's real. Researchers will have a subject look at a dog that comes into the laboratory and see what parts of their brain light up. Then they'll take the dog out and give them an assignment saying, "I want you to visualize a dog coming into the laboratory" The same part of their brain lights up. There was a study done at the University of Chicago where they took three groups of people and put them on a basketball court. Group A who practice each day for an hour a day on the court, they improve 24%. Because practice makes progress.
One of the most powerful tools we have is the ability to imagine and visualize.
Children naturally do this when they're learning rapidly about our vast world. As we "grow up," we stop doing this and rely on what we already know.
However, the ability to visualize is so important in every aspect of our lives because your mind cannot tell the difference between what's real and vividly imagined.
In this session, I will teach you tools to be able to practice your visualization to shift your perception of what you want to create in your life.
