A lot of people get stuck, and where i need to educate a lot of my podcast listeners, it's because they say they're constantly injured with different things. But what they're doing is their focusing on this stretching component, when why they're getting injured is totally being ignored. And so that's where we kind of need to have this discussion or educate runners around. This is where you're most likely, the most likely cause of injury are going to be. Have self reflect on that before we delve into the research of what stretching does.
