i'm going to explain a little bit about what i do as my morning routine, but also just the practicalityes how we can incorporated all you can into a busy modern life. H first thing is to clean house, clean the slate, so we're ready for the new day. The absolute key to having more time in the mornings is this lighter meal at night that we're digested by the time we go to sleep. So we maximize our sleep cycle so we can actually sleep less. We can wake up earlier with the birds, with the sunrise, earlier in the morning, and do a lot of these things before the day.
