How Do You Deliver Value From Your Team?

I come from a place where am ok was thought. I think where it gets tricky is the impact on the perception of my role. The visibility and making sure that i understand the impact of the work in doing for the team is the part that iam kind of grappling with, to make sure that every one sees value in the room. And even though what we're doing is over all providing value, player c doesn't see it as valuable because they're not a direct recipient. It's being received in a very silod way, rather than a collective way.
