What Did COVID Do to Service Titan?
Titan helped the industry figure out how do we protect technicians that are actually going to go into the home. Within two weeks of the lockdown, the world realized just how critical some of these service providers are. And so trades people were labeled as essential services. We ultimately, within a matter of weeks, did this massive sprint to build all these features to help our customers and technicians operate in a contact this way.
