Flow Is Particularly Important When There's Creativity
A flow state is when there's no judgment in what you're working on. And so that can be really helpful when you're doing something that involves creativity. For example, thinking through a complicated data setup or running some kind of model could also put you into a state of flow if the conditions are right. But this is obviously not something that you will want in every single instance of your life.
