Sally Kohn: Kindness is a theme that you've spoken about a lot as well, not just kindness to others. She says it's never too late to start all of this; her mother started learning the sitar at 76. We don't often think of kindness in a context of pity where we help someone by being kind but she thought much more deeply about it than other people.
