A lot of the audience for this show are business leaders, and one of the questions that comes up perennially abou these large systemic challenges. Do you have a framework about how you think about what those different roles and responsibilities are? I do. There's a lot of tak now about public private partnerships and multi stake holder partnerships. And i've learned, and my observation over the years is i've seen a lot of really good ones that are won offs. They will help some people, don't get me wrong but they're not going to be game changers.
