The Importance of Shadowing the Prior Owner
When we talked in our pre-call, I asked you, would you buy the same size business before? You actually had a slightly different take on that question and thought it focused on the wrong thing. And so then when you think about what the now kind of pro form of earnings look like, it's, you know, less a high level manager. It wasn't something I was anticipating. We got really lucky that this addition to or wow, all of our business also just started taking off from there. So financially, they were definitely burdened by this extra head start for me but that's definitely worked out for me.
