We get stuck in an infinity pool for us to process information that doesn't even need to be processed though. We waste way too much energy on becoming dysfunctional and then just putting out, it's like this guy is just lighting your house on fire. When all you need to do is just figure out how do I get this guy to stop lighting the fire? And then the house will not be on fire anymore, you don't have to waste energy anymore. That's what the point is. The objective is to have health so that way you can create a high functioning life of feeling well.
