Having the Skills to Be an AE Is Like Going Back to Education
Many SDRs and BDRs today just hiding behind like outreach sequences right. When you become an AE you're going to be paid in your ability to set meetings with executives and communicate with them effectively. I think eventually people will start to pay the price a little bit as they make maybe that transition from an SDR or a BDR to an AE where you'll have to be doing more of those things.
