Exercise is just more lighter, like walking the dog. You can have that exercise either after meditation or before meditation. If it's cloudy, you can't do sun gazing. Hopefully i'm early enough that i can also incorporate sometime sun gazing. And then finally, a, it's dinner time? Ah, no, hopefully it's only breakfast time, if we've got up early enough.
