Sleep deprivation is pervasive in our population, in our brains. If I've been doing my part and sleeping well for the nights prior to that, your brain will play catch up. When you have healthy people who, oh, they slept like I did last night, which is in a hotel room. Right. And how well that grows is related to the depth of sleep,. Not that you got one night, but what you got cumulatively over that several days to weeks.
