I tend to agree with Jack that I think from a business development side, the phone is always going to be most crucial. For myself, I'd use social because I think understanding how you're going to break down the key accounts that you need to go after and using that tool to engage people within one platform. It's we're fully aligned on leads. There's good discussion on lead quality. If something's not working, what's not working and why? And the fact that all ultimately ties into revenue, I think, has been really helpful.
