So we acquired the business in August of 2018. The specific date was important because the hell season in Colorado would typically go from, you know, May, June-ish up until September. So it's a very concentrated period where you're going to get most of the revenue. In effect, we bought at the end of a hell season and knew that we needed to run the business kind of tight in the bell for the next selling season. And when we got into January, so the the height of the, the offseason, the business, one of the sales managers went and started their own company. It split pretty much 50-50.
