Protein seems to have some sort of effect on sorenessnd, that's what we found in our branch chanamino acid paper. We didn't see much of an effect on on muscle function. There is a possibility that they may be under eating protein pticularly in the endurance area. You know it does require some convincing sometimes that they should consume more protein relative to other macronutants.
