The Effects of External Force on Hypertrophy
The original hypothesis didn't really pan out as expected but essentially in these in these kind of original sort of early studies that were done. And so essentially the 32nd produced more hypertrophy than three second, and that really just comes down to the fact that fatigue was developing during those 32nd contractions. That of course exposed the high threshold motion it's an emosophyll to this kind of activation stimulus which then allowed them to stimulate hypertrophy. But we can either increase motor movement through our own increase in voluntary effort, or we just stop the set right.
