Start small and be consistent, whether it's a mindful walk or you know have the intention start journaling a little bit. You know meditation is really just tasteful for you try something else, you know, but find try something that'll make you more present more aware. And then ask yourself, gosh what if I could have that feeling at work eight or 10 hours a day, or half of it evenwhat if I could just get at that feeling and be in flow at work. Wouldn't that be amazing?
