The Balance Between Fitness and Health
"It's sort of my goal to never try and put fitness and health at odds because they can be at odds, right? Fitness is the ability to perform a task. Health is something like the ideal interplay of the organs of bodily systems," he says. "I'm trying to find this balance where we can do these cool fitness things, but it keeps us honest, right?" He adds that standards are important to have and useful to pursue even if you're not there yet.
