The Correlation Between Cor Body Temperature and Skin Temperature

The average healthy cor body temperature is about 98 point six degrees. But a skin temperature at the wrist can be 92 degrees, and that's not concerning at all. And importantly, as ashley calls out, when we ovulate our body temperatures go up about one degree fahrenheit. If you're trying to understand fertility and monitor ovulation for the purposes of either getting pregnant or avoiding getting pregnant, you're going to want to look for these changes in your core body temperature.
