Barefoot Shoes - Can You Feel the Difference?
I was doing a lot of running and hip training, which is obviously all jumping. I think that was probably just the straw that baked the camel's back as if they were. In barefoot shoes, everything's kind of stacked where it should be. I can get that kind of heel, the toe, the ball of your big toe working for my feet with no pain. So when you put those traditional modern shoes back on, could you feel the difference? It's like as you were running, obviously the pain afterwards. But yeah, you could feel that change obviously then.
