How to Improve Your Stroke

When you make any sort of changes it's going to feel uncomfortable and awkward more times than not. For me I found it was helpful to write down these five core principles because usually for people you know we want to go through the stroke in in that order. The only thing we can actually control with our stress response is our breathing so if we can get that under control and we can learn to breathe better then that's a huge part of swimming but I think a bit life as well.
