The Benefits of Zone Two Breathing

When i'm in zone one breathing that is the most calming and parasympathetic style of breathing known to the body. When i go into zone two i'm in a more sympathetic amplified excited aroused state of breathing. This is very helpful for sport and output for creating correct bracing of the you know lower core if i'm lifting heavy things i don't want my my pelvis to not be supported by my abdominal muscles so i need to breathe somewhere. In zone two breathing the ribs uplift they upwardly rotate on inhale to overgeneralize and on exhale they downwardly rotate.
