The question isn't who, it's not who's bothering you, it's what's bothering you. When it goes back to that emotional state, what is bothering you, and it's yours. We are the ones that want to change. I'm going to own that emotion so i can make the change. It really works. You might not have to get out of it right now. You just have toown that emotion so you can begin to make the change."
