How to Cook Sun-Dried Tomatoes
A friend of mine gave me about seven pounds of sun-dried tomatoes. Cook it for 20 minutes or so to the nice and soft half an hour then put them in a food processor with some olive oil. Maybe you could add a little vinegar to that as well, like a balsamic. If it doesn't have enough flavor it might need some more salt or whatever.
