The Importance of Rotation in Pain Relief Exercises

The thing that often goes wrong with the throw is that i see is a lack of thoracic rotation which isn't due to stiffness it's due to just stability for one. So generally i will reinforce the pattern of recruitment to the point that they've got pain. If you like generating the force from my lower quadrant and emphasizing thatThoracic rotation so i would have a resistance so i'd probably just have a small loop of ferriban that so the other arm follows because if you do both arms at the same time you have to rotate your thorax.
