The Importance of Rotation in Pain Relief Exercises

The thing that often goes wrong with the throw is that i see is a lack of thoracic rotation which isn't due to stiffness it's due to just stability for one. If you like generating the force from my lower quadrant and emphasizing thatThoracic rotation so i would have a resistance so i'd probably just have a small loop of ferriban that so the other arm follows because if you do both arms at the same time you have to rotate your thorax.
