The Importance of Vertical Jumping and Sprinting
I think there's a lot of carry over just to the vertical force that we're producing and jumping. We have 0.2 seconds to make contact with the ground and spring off. And so we need that ankle stiffness, we need that foot stiffness. I feel like can be built through some of these drills that we actually do in the speed code. There's more carry over between vertical jumping and sprinting than people even think.
