Is There a Solution to Mental Health?
i'm merely infiniist fom ropocos, and something i've like, struggled with for a long time. I think it's so important to always make space for the negative because then when you do feel positive after, it's not like your shoving it down your throat. You can actually consider the positive side of things from a perspective of, well, at least i've given some oxygen to how i really feel. How do you kind of manage knowing all those solutions and finding what works for you? I always take tions with a pinch of salt.
