For example, someone who is feeling chronically tired or a little bit stiff. We don't go from being mobile to immobile overnight unless we have a major injury and you kind of just everything spalsoms up. And i would say it has to do with a relative weakness. Weakness is also why we will kind of start to guard up and get stiff. It's meant to be protect protective. So what i like to tell people is, how do we actually let that guard down?
