In the nineties and eighties, almost all of these people at some point were reaching a level of qitos. You have to be meticulous with how you set your macros. Protein does not want to store on the body as fat. It's the last thing it would want to do. And so what i do with my clients is deplete them of carbohydrates, raise that fat up a little bit even more, keep the protein high. But then as we get through those final days, i'll bring down just a little bit, not too much. We still need t fat, but bring those carbohydrates up.
