Is the Floor Surface Right for Your Feet?
One thing that sometimes i struggle with, especially in the side split, is getting. my feet can actually like slide open wider. It's better to have something, ah, a little grippy, a little, alittle grippy. Not too much, but a little Grippy. If you don't have a slippery floor, just investing some sliders - they're really cheap. E iseves, if you want to stay passe, relax, you do want to have a slippery ground. And i strongly suggest using, like, agara a slippery floor.
