strength training is a tool to for some athletes to have an over capacity of strength and power that might make you more economically so you can actually it costs less to work some maximally when you have more capacity or make you more fatiguing systems. When you get fatigued to have a little bit higher kind of uh roof of your strength and power when kind of that is going down and you get more more fatigued it might help you to be a bit more fatigued resistance that's the theory.
