When I joined my organization, one of the things that I had hoped to do was to create a customer advisory board. And I ran into the challenge of getting access to the customers. The sales organization was a little bit hesitant to bombard its customers with time requests when there wasn't something formal in place. So I was looking for ways to maybe restart that, but with fresh perspective as Ronkey pointed out.
